Terms

Last updated 18 September 2026.

These terms cover the Leapdeck apps and this website. They are meant to be read, so they are written plainly. Using Leapdeck means you accept them.

Who you are dealing with

Leapdeck is made and sold by Barış Çelik Pigon Teknoloji, registered in Türkiye, reachable at hello@leapdeck.app. Purchases made on this website are sold through Polar as merchant of record, so your contract of sale for the payment itself is with Polar, under their terms.

The free version

The free version of Leapdeck is free to use for as long as you want it, on as many of your own devices as you want. It is not a trial and it does not expire. It gives you the menu bar row across unlimited Spaces, your first two hotkeys, and one paired iPhone with the Spaces grid.

The Pro licence

Pro is a single payment, not a subscription. Buying it grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use every feature of Leapdeck on the Macs and iPhones you own or control.

The licence is for you. Please do not publish your key, sell it, or share it outside your own devices.

What you may not do

Do not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the apps except where law expressly allows it despite this term; do not redistribute them as your own; and do not use them to break the law or to interfere with someone else's computer.

Ownership

Leapdeck, its name, and its code and design remain ours. Buying Pro buys a licence to use the software, not the software itself.

Changes to the app

Leapdeck depends on macOS and iOS, and Apple changes both. We may add, change or retire features to keep up with that. If a change removes something you paid for and you are inside the refund window, the refund is yours on request.

What is and is not promised

We work to make Leapdeck correct and reliable, and if it is not doing what this site says it does, we want to hear about it. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the software is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here takes away consumer rights you have under the law where you live.

If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or elsewhere with a statutory right to cancel or to a conformity remedy, those rights apply in full alongside the refund policy below.

Refunds

Thirty days, no explanation needed. The refunds page has the detail.

Ending the licence

You can stop using Leapdeck at any time. We may end a licence only if it is being used in breach of these terms, for example a key published for anyone to use, and we will write to you first where it is reasonable to do so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you can bring proceedings there.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. A change never applies retroactively to a purchase already made.
