Refunds
Thirty days, no explanation needed. If Pro was not worth it, ask and you get your money back.
How to ask
Email hello@leapdeck.app within 30 days of buying and say you want a refund. Include the email address you bought with, so the purchase can be found. You do not have to give a reason, and you will not be talked out of it.
What happens next
Polar, our merchant of record, puts the money back on the card you paid with. Your bank decides how quickly it appears, which is usually a few working days. Your licence is deactivated at the same time, and Leapdeck goes back to the free version, which keeps working for as long as you want it.
One request
If something is simply not working, write before you ask for the refund. A bug that gets fixed usually helps more people than just you, and the refund is still there if the fix does not land or does not help.
Bought on iPhone instead
A Pro purchase made inside the iPhone app goes through Apple, so the refund goes through Apple too. Use reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund an App Store purchase ourselves, but write to us anyway if you are stuck and we will help you get it sorted.
Your statutory rights
This 30 day policy is what we offer on top of the law, not instead of it. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or anywhere with a statutory right to cancel or a right to a remedy for faulty goods, you keep it in full.
