Support
Write to hello@leapdeck.app. One person reads it, and you will usually have an answer within a day or two.
Before you write
The questions on the home page cover the ones that come up most: full screen apps, the one permission macOS asks for, whether Pro is a subscription, how many devices a licence covers, what data is collected, and refunds.
If something is broken
Tell us what you expected and what happened instead. These three lines make almost any report actionable:
- Your macOS version, and your iOS version if the iPhone app is involved.
- Whether the Mac is on Apple silicon or Intel.
- What you did, in the order you did it, right before it went wrong.
A screen recording of the moment it fails is worth a great deal, and is often faster than describing it.
Licences and purchases
For a lost licence key, a Mac you no longer have that is still holding an activation, or a payment that looks wrong, write with the email address you bought with and it will be sorted out. Refunds have their own page.
Ideas
Feature requests are welcome and genuinely read. Leapdeck is built in a few hours a week, so not everything can be built, but knowing what people keep asking for is how the next thing gets chosen.
Who you are writing to
Leapdeck is made and sold by Barış Çelik Pigon Teknoloji, registered in Türkiye. There is no support phone line and no chat widget: email is the whole of it, and it is answered.
